For years now, online reviews have been written and read by consumers in various places. These reviews can be the judge and jury when it comes to buyers making key decisions. But there may be an issue with some of the reviews that consumers are viewing. Although they are legitimate (we assume), they may be slightly skewed in that people that have had a perceived or actual bad or terrible experience are more likely to be motivated enough to go online and take their time to write and share a review. In a study conducted by Zendesk linked here, they found that 35% of consumers that had a poor experience posted on an online review site vs. only 23% of consumers when they had a good experience.  


Happy clients are simply happy with their product or service and are not as frequently motivated to take the time to leave a review.
