Un-stacking the Online Reviews Odds for Business Owners

Lights. Camera. Reviews.

For years now, online reviews have been written and read by consumers in various places. These reviews can be the judge and jury when it comes to buyers making key decisions. But there may be an issue with some of the reviews that consumers are viewing. Although they are legitimate (we assume), they may be slightly skewed in that people that have had a perceived or actual bad or terrible experience are more likely to be motivated enough to go online and take their time to write and share a review. In a study conducted by Zendesk linked here, they found that 35% of consumers that had a poor experience posted on an online review site vs. only 23% of consumers when they had a good experience.

Happy clients are simply happy with their product or service and are not as frequently motivated to take the time to leave a review. Our New York based digital marketing services agency is helping businesses to connect with all of their own customers and ask for feedback and most importantly, making the process so easy that even the most unmotivated customers of a business can find time to post their feedback.

A quote from Derrick Bliss, President and CEO of Review Stars: "Our program can help to even the playing field for some of the great businesses we serve. We know many of our business clients for years and know that although they may have thousands of happy clients, when you view them online you see only a few reviews that are in some cases, mostly negative. There are times where this is an accurate portrayal of a business, but often it is not. We are helping businesses stand a chance of having an accurate representation of who they are online. In today’s market, this is critically important. Of course, you will likely always receive some negative feedback regardless of how good you are at what you do, but at least with our program you might have a better shot of getting some of the typically less motivated, yet satisfied customers, to leave some feedback as well."

Dear Potential Review Stars Social Entrepreneur,

When we chose direct distribution as the sales model for our services, we decided on two things:

First, we resolved that our program would be easy to participate in and simple to understand.

Second, we committed to providing people with the tools and skill training they need to be successful.

The unique part about our offering is that our services are designed to be sold to and help businesses, as opposed to consumers. So this service is not only essential to a business's online and health and company growth, but it is also a deductible business expense.

Based on these principles, we have developed an incredible business opportunity that is lucrative, fair and rewards hard work.

Our focus is on building a company that is based on positive relationships and integrity. We believe that it is our responsibility to share our opportunity with everyone and provide an equal setting in which anyone can prosper.

Our collective future depends on each individual team member understanding that possibilities and opportunities exist everywhere.

As entrepreneurs, we have an obligation to realize our vision in an atmosphere of integrity – a shared tenet of all our team members. I would like to personally welcome you to Review Stars and encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity that we have to offer. We look forward to building a better future with you.
